
Yukitoshi Tanno, Chief Executive
Born near the Zao mountains of Miyagi Prefecture, he moved to Tokyo's suburbs (Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture) from age one and had lived there until he started to work. Currently, he lives south of Tokyo in Kawasaki (Kanagawa Prefecture). His hobbies include running and training at the park near his home.
He has a wide variety of work experience across many sectors (aviation, medical equipment, internet sales, food service, and beverages) with top Japanese, American, British, Korean companies. His significant assignments were technology, management planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, international transactions, new business development, innovation, cost optimization, and added value improvement.
In particular, he has the breadth of experience in improving corporate revenue and reforming productivity by coordinating across numerous business departments and storefront staff. Here he has realized cost efficiency and process optimization, not just at the point of manufacture but also coordinating with teams from technology, procurement, logistics, shopfront, and administrative departments. He also has experience in supporting and people development of Asia and African businesses. He is currently focusing on third-party succession, including small M&A, depending on their life stage, and creating robust, forward-looking corporate structures.
